ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO

Please note, your order will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Our courier, UPS, will contact you in advance of delivering the goods. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery.

Return policy

We hope you never need this information but in life things happen and we will do what we can to make it right.

So here’s our return policy:

We are a small studio, based in Sweden in the north of Europe – and we do care about the environment, therefore we can not have an unreasonably and unsustainable return policy – rather the opposite actually. So please be sure to only order the products you actually want, and double check that the size is right for you in our size charts. Or make sure you have a friend you can give a nice gift to if you end up with something you don’t want. You can not change your mind once it’s shipped. Cancellations will not be accepted as long as the products haven't been packaged and shipped already.

Returns

To return a Might and Delight product, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at returns@mightanddelight.com and make a request for an RMA number.
Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, your order ID, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What cannot be returned

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body type and styles. 

If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please refer to our size chart on the side of each product on our website. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed. 

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at returns@mightanddelight.com within 7 days of you receiving your items and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.


Returns for exchange or store credit: must be shipped back within 20 days of receipt of purchase.


To return your items: Contact returns@mightanddelight.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate why you want to do a return and what replacement you like to have instead. 

Write the RMA number written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
